If it's heavily discounted, there's a reason for it. A turn key, or roller with lots of "Used" MII parts should tell you that this is no bargan. You'll spend more upgrading the junk parts than if you started from scratch.

If you don't want to build, than you're looking "Previously Owned", not roller or turn key. Shop around; once you know what to shop for, what questions to ask, and what the right answers are.
