I have tried both solid and poly, and both were too harsh for a
regularly street driven car IMHO. I found a fix by drilling a 1/2 hole
completely thru the stock motor mount and installing a Grade 8 bolt with washers and a nylock. It should be slightly loose so that 'normal' movements are not restricted, but severe torque is stopped. This restricts the motor movement, but lets the mount absorb the harshness of the motor vibrations and road imperfections. Also is mostly invisible when installed.
