I second the suggestion in calling George Anderson at Gessford. He really knows his stuff! By the way, I have a pressure relief valve in my 427 SO set at - I believe 100 psi - I think. Like the previous post mentioned I am sure the bypass in the pump will work just fine. Best of luck!
