Default Windshield Wiper Park Circuit
This diagram may be of interest to you if you are trying to get the wipers to park on your Cobra. It works with the Lucas setup. The relays are available from Jameco Electronics for $2.39 ea. It uses a standard DPDT switch with a center off position. The diagram is listed in my photo gallery.
