Default Cool air from your Vintage Air Heater
According to Vintage Air you can get your heater/defroster to blow un-heated air by:

"The only way to just circulate air would be to install a toggle switch to stop power from the "C" terminal on the fan switch to "B" terminal on the mode switch."

Lots of folks are trying to vent air into the foot boxes. If you have a Vintage Air unit, then here you go!
