Hi to Paul, Lyle and Jack. Neither Mike F nor I thought that there would be three of you leaving from Phoenix. We had ASSUMED that Paul was the only one committed to the trip. There was a crack in the communication link. Right now we. MikeF and I, plan to join I-40 at Santa Rosa, N.M. then on into Amarillo. Mike F has made room reservations at the "Motel 8" on the east side of Amarillo. I believe that he has two rooms reserved. That can be changed by a simple phone call to "Motel 8". He also has rooms reserved in Rolla, Mo. Paul, are you ramrodding the departure from Phoenix? If so, please contact MikeF about the rooms and directions to the motels. Another item, Jim, "crillyiv@pacbell.net " from California would like to join us. He will be at the Grand Canyon on Monday, June 16th, and was coordinating with Hershal about meeting us at a rest stop east of Holbrook. I was really rushed to leave for work this morning and screwed up a long email to Jim. Can you possibly contact him and coordinate meeting with him? He would like to join us for the entire trip to London. I'm glad that you are able to roll with the punches. Mike and I plan to leave Tucson about 7:00am on Tuesday. Remember that there is a two (2) hour time change between here and Amarillo. John
