I own a small consulting company near Houston. We generally support the
oil and gas industry with custom software solutions, engineering, project management and other related services. My background is midstream gas services and my partner came from the aerospace industry so we are heavy on the engineering side but have ventured into support for other areas as well; manufacturing, aerospace, financial services, food services. (Anything for a buck)
Most of the projects I take on personally are related to automation or monitoring of processing facilities. At the moment most of my staff is consumed by one of our clients that is a heavy hitter in the international financial community. Counting beans is not my thing.
Like Ryan all this is to support my fledgling but growing Cobra habit.
