Turk is finding out the hotel reservations he made will be LOST unless people show up the DAY/EVENING of the first night stay (the 19th as it turns out).

Something about the hotel now realizing they could rent those rooms for twice what the current reserved rates are, so there not cutting anybody any slack. Aren't there laws against "scalping"?
