Welcome to Club Cobra and congrats on the Cobra!!
E-M uses a bolted flange to connect the headers to the side pipes. If you remove the tape you should find where they bolt together and best case you will be able to replace, or just tighten, a bolt or two and be on your way
. Worst case you will find that the pipes have rusted through and it will cost you about $500 for a new set
