I have no idea what the London PD was thinking or not thinking. I do know that the times I spoke of were from the LPD. (their radar gun) But that is not the point. The few loose nut(s) behind the wheel were the problem.

I hope that you don't mean the "Clinton" defense". (Right or Wrong is only determined by if you get away with it or not.)


Wrong is wrong and stupid is stupid if the LPD agrees or not.
