BJB...let me get this straight, you're saying that getting into a car, without knowing the driver, was stupid of all the people that paid for a ride....I guess with all the wide open spaces in Texas, no one has ever gotten killed hitting a tree or other object at let's say 50 mph or 35 mph....just exactly where is that line where you can hit the tree and another person and not kill them or yourself....
