If you read the Ebay add you will see it has a 2001 Viper V10 engine with 3K miles. I talked with this guy for about an hour when he was at the Turkey Rod Run. The car pictured had a used engine and they were waiting for a custom wireing harness to be able to fire it up. This guy from Detroit had some way of getting brand new engines and wanted to build Cobras with the Viper V10 engines installed. He may already be closeing up shop finding his supply of engines has dryed up.
