Yust got back from watchin the kids blow up my back yard....yeef!

Brent ,I have had similar difficulties with my clutch, we are running the same engine and both use an external slave.... I have to get EVERY bit of travel out of my linkage possible. are your mechanical components as tight as they can be ? , I only leave about 1./8 of an inch of free play between my t/o and PP by adjusting my fork actuator rod.
