Ben from Dreamlot in Mountain View (a shop where you can work on your own car if you don't have a place at home to work on it) puts together a parking lot "American Graffitti Parking Lot Party" once a month, with Larry and Loretta providing the music. It's held in the parking lot next to Clark's. If your on 101, you take the Shoreline exit and go up to El Camino, make a left (south) and go about two blocks. It's still in the process of "catching on" so there is plenty of parking. The next gathering is Wednesday, July 30, 6-8:30pm. This is like the Redwood Shores first Wednesday of the month Houlihans's get togethers, only further south down 101. Weather is usually warm, and a good excuse to get the car out of the garage and go for a burger and frys at Clark's.
