tommorow is 426 day, binder hadn't come through yet and DMV had a recorded message about taking a day to respond. Didn't want to bite off the cost of a rollback for nothing.
DMV did get back within a couple hours, ins. not needed for 426 inspection.
jim - how are you enjoying 2017? Damn that's a fine one. C&S wanted $879, flawless DMV record, no accidents for over 20 years (knock on wood).
