MRMIKE Mikey you have to put a fuel pressure regulator and gauge on that supply line befor the carb. With this much pressure you will blow the needle of the seat and flood out the motor or run Very Rich. CHANGE THE MOTOR
OIL AND FILTER NOW!! You could have gas in the
oil and will tear up the bearing in that nice Shelby motor. Summit or Jeg's will sell a Y kit, gauge and hose and fittings to make a system up. Get a fuel pressure regulator to put in line to keep the pressure at 4-5.5 psi. With those short drive you shouldn't have damaged the motor. Drive the car 100 miles and change the
oil again. NO HARD ABUSE. You will be OK. Pictyures of the car look GREAT. Hope the family is fine. Rick Lake
