Back in '81, when 002 was built, people had a lot less imagination than they have now, color-wise.
For the first 5 years of our production, I bet 60% of our kits were painted either (resale) red or Guardsman blue with a white stripe. Now, fortunately, there are so many examples out there with alternate colors, I have regained use of all my vision.
