Lynn,
Cobra Promotions was started by Phil Monroe, he then sold the company to Steve Boardman. I resently read a post that the copmpany was again for sale by Steve. I don't know what your actual problem is but like I posted above because our jackets are made special for each individual, call and talk with Steve.
