Congratulations on the 3 car garage space, and you say it came with a house, even better
But you've got it backwards, give the single attached spot to the wife and claim the 2 car detached for yourself. I too have a 3 car and the wife is currently trespassing in one of the 3 spots- it's a constant struggle. For the life of me I can't figure out why we need to store dirt and potting soil in the garage- it's dirt for crying out loud. So stake your claim now or before you lose some of "your" territory.
