I found the problem,.....

With the intake off AGAIN,...... I dried the intake valve out. I then used a funnel and poured coolant directly into the Coolant runner until it came out the back runner. All the while watching inside the Head's intake Valve hole,.... IT BEGAN TO FILL WITH COOLANT!!!.

I pulled the head off, and I can blow into the hole with the valve closed and hear air escaping into the Coolant chamber!

I guesss theres a crack in there that can't be seem in a visual inspection.

HUMMMMM,........??? Now what?

Is this repairable?????

I don;t believe I caused this to happen, I installed both heads in the EXACT same manner.

Also, would this head gasket be usable again??
