I hope the GT40 is OK.

How could they test it a three times rated weight, and have it fail at rated weight unless they only tested the model with the original pulleys. They should have done a full test, including durability cycling, after changing the pulleys.

Likewise they should have safety pins to prevent a freefall if a ram, cable or pully fails.
