I noticed this was your first post, welcome to CC. As for this,
"I hate to rub more salt in, but count on it taking at least 3 weeks after the safety inspection for the state to get the title to you", that's not what I wanted to hear. Can we ban someone for brining bad news in their first post?

Duane- Send cash. I swear it has not been out of my driveway. I live in a pretty high traffic area and relatively close to a police station. And as you are well aware, these cars are anything but inconspicuous. With my luck, I'd pull out the driveway and get nailed. But don't think I haven't considered it, many, many times
