Greetings from balmy Arizona. My old NAF S/C sits on a 2x4x3/16" home made frame. Mustang II front end and a 9" coil over rear end with 3:50's and a Powertrax traction control unit. Power is from a bored and stroked 454 that is out to 496 and with 552 flywheel HP @ 5400 and 596#ft @ 3400. All that lovely bottom end torque goes through a 10" Hughes convertor to a Hughes TH 400. The car is a little hefty at just under 2500#but is still pretty perky. The engine is very docile and streetable. No loading, stalling, or overheating. Excellent throttle response from an 800 Edelbrock carb on an Air Gap mainfold. The aluminum Edelbrock rectangular port heads allow the 10 1/2 compression to work just fine on pump gas. Dead stop traction is a bit of an issue even with the 325/50/15 Drag T/As. They will get pretty sticky with heat but some rationale thinking is needed before a total stomp and steer. Definitely a fun little grocery-getter. Karlos
