Thanks!. Just finished the body this weekend and drove it for the first time, felt great. I just posted a couple more pictures of the air cleaner clearance. It just barely clears (1/4") at the front and slightly rubs at the back. I have a C3AE-H low riser mainifold, K&N air filter (which I think is thinner than the original) and 1" spacers on top of the carb's in order to clear the MSD distributor. The bottom plate is a sheet metal unit and obvously thinner than the stock aluminum bottom plate. I will be changing the spacers to 1/2" and use 1/4" carb base spacers to stop the back rub.

Will post more pictures to my gallary this weekend now that I have it nearly done (just interior left).
