Talking From "The Man" himself
Talked to Ron today and he confirmed the Alden's are #AS654 with 300# springs.

Also asked about his modification to the MGB front and he highly recommends the Hawk unit. He has put them in two cars (non-Cobra’s) himself with Chevy rotors and Wilwood 4 piston calipers. He also has one that he has not installed yet if anyone is near Carpinteria, CA. and wants to take a look.

P.S. He does not care for the Moss units.
