Pat

Just went out to the factory for a peek. This will be a sure market winner for the price. Build on the same frame. Some differences on both the plus and the minus side. The car looks good. There will still be those that choose the home grown version.

Just a couple of items. The wheels are manufactured down under and look great. Good enought to supplant Trigo for all of the SAI cars.

Front suspension same basic design with some good refinements - the pics have already been on ClubCobra.

Doors, hood & trunk frames molded into the units, more in the replicar fashion that the orignial CSX4000 - but nicely done and lending a nice sound to the doors.

Some changes in wiring harness, but with Shelby Gauges.

Shelby brakes and other significant parts.

Great logoed carpeting in trunk that the LV version doesn't have.

Good fit and finish, but there is a difference between the two cars that is reflected in the price differencial. This one is not bad at all.

The CAV engineers will be in Vegas shortly to go over the car evaluation with SAI. There will be some fine tuning, but the car looks good as is. Will need a different powder coat for the original look. This one is shiny.

There are over a dozen in production right now that will receive what ever tweaking the two sets of engineers agree upon. They should be here shortly.

Also the Cav has a radiatior manufactured in SA.
