Latest on the dreaded no start when it is cold problem.

After looking to remove the TFI Module, which is a typically Ford - You can't get at the torque bolts (torx spanner the next purchase), I discovered that there was seaping from either the bypass or top hose (or both), which under pressure may have been dampening the module.

Will see in the morning if the probelm has gone.
