Howdy,

I run a 428-4V that was bored .060"os (4.19") for several years w/out any problems. Usually when you have an overheating problems it is radiator/fan & shroud related. I had a "71 Dodge Charger R/T w/ a 440 Mag. that was bored .060"os and it had a overheating problem. After bout 6 mnths the rad started leaking. I replaced it w/ a reman radiator and different fan & shroud and it stopped overheating.
