The differences are:

frame: Comp has 2" x 4" rectangular tubing
Lt. Comp " 3" x 3"

Comp uses a 4-link suspension and a panhard bar.also
has 4" dropped pans in the seat and pedal areas

Lt. Comp is set up to accept a 87 - 93 Mustang 5.0
rearend with stock suspension.

Both come with four adjustable coil over shocks.
