Default Selling car to California resident
I have a buyer for a car in California. The car has a Pennsylvania "Reconstructed" title. The engine has Webbers, and since this car was originally built in the mid 80s, it also has engine block numbers from the early 70s. Since the 500 SB numbers are gone, does this guy have any chance of getting plates?
