First of all you should have a 16 lb cap on the puke tank. Next make sure you get the air out of the system. Good method here is to loosen one of the fittings on the intake. I had air on my last SPF and had the same concern. My new car I loosen the water temp fitting on the intake when I was filling it and the air all came out and no concerns.................Also make sure everything is tight on the housing going to the intake. I have the new stainless puke tank and I had to do some modification to make it fit right as my was leaking also.
