Well for now I'm concentrating on the rear...and I know I wanna go with a 15x10. Shell Valley specifies what backspacing to use, but I don't think it looks right at all. They stick out too much. I think they should probably be shoved in about another inch or so. That shouldn't be much of a problem.
Actually I'll probably follow Team III's advice on figuring offset...just pull a wheel and tire off of another vehicle (in this case my Mustang GT), stick it on there....then measure how far you want the tire to move each way. Then measure the front and rear spacing of the mock wheel and add/subtract as needed. I think we have plenty of room to do what we want...and I don't think an inch is gonna hurt much. I wanna tuck the tire in just enough so that I can lower the car a little bit without the tire getting into the fender lip. Ah....the joys of doing it yourself.....
