I have a 318 which a friend of mine and I rebuilt, this is not our first rebuild but this is the first time either of us has had this problem, we couldn't get the car to start after the rebuild, so I finally gave in and took it to a professional, he says the engine seemed to tight and the starter wasn't spinning it fast enough and that the starter could be bad or the engine was to tight, I had never even heard of this. If the new started doesn't work are there any options other than just pulling it and starting over?
