This will be my second windshiled replacement. I caught a rock today putting a nice sized star in my windshield. I'll have one of the windshield crack fixers come out and take a look at it. I shouldn't have a problem finding one since they call me every night just about the time I'm sitting down to eat, "Any cracks today".

I have an extra windshield frame that I'm thinking about installing Lexan (polycarbonate) in. Where can I get my frame fitted with Lexan, Is there a shop in Sacramento or near by that can do this.? Is Lexan the best product to use?
