If he was asking 100k + for the car it would be ridiculous, and all of us would have a good laugh. But, I think he is just selling it on a website that gives him no other choice. Until ebay adds a search area for cobra replicas I really feel it is in the right place.

Now, with that said, I would never put the word Shelby anywhere else in the advertisement. When I am asked what I own, I always say Superformance Cobra. AC or Shelby would never be implied by me.

Regarding CS being angry....he has no one to be angry at but himself. Just like Ford let some knucklehead copyright the name GT-40, he "walked away" from that car in the 60s and never said anything for over a decade. It was only after guys started to become wealthy that he even cared. Pig headed and selfish.
