Default 427 stroker help/advice

I just picked up a c4ae center oiler, the block looks great at .030 over, had a c5aec crank and new lemans rods,I am thinking this may be my best chance to build the stroker I want, since I am in it right.
I have a 428cj crank, but now am debating selling it and buying a scat with the 4.25 stroke, given the cost of turning the crank I have I should come out close.
Any advice on which way to go ? also on rods and pistons,it would be great to use some off the shelf parts,is this possible ?
I intend to build a pump gas street engine, doing assembly my self and trying to keep it as economical as possible.
I appreciate all your help,,,Tk
