Technically, the way the term is used, a ricer is a low-mid market (import) car with lots of cosmetic aftermarket parts. A Honda Civic with a 4 foot alum. wing, undercar lights and a 4 inch exhaust tip is a "ricer".

The Skyline is a factory built high performance car from Japan. To call it a "ricer" is really not accurate. It's really a Japanese 911 turbo and maybe $70,000 when they bring it here.
