computerwerks... good point ---> the aluminum planter will be worth a pretty penny though. REAL1 mentions that the 'younger generation' etc.--->will need a back seat. I fear that you are correct but those that have interests such as vintage automobiles know and realize that passion can overcome logic, ie. the kids will sit on each others lap while Dad putts around the neighborhood. I've also been told that the companies with the most patents on alternative energy are the
oil companies. If I had a coupla pennies to rub together I'd buy as much Shell as possible
. While the alternative energy crowd (my fellow gen-X'ers) will say that gas powered fuel will be obsolete there is nothing and I mean nothing more visceral than smell and sound of big block american muscle loping along with an aggressive idle.
p.s. -->don't count on this one buying into the hybrid/hydrogen/eletric thing-a-ma-jiggy anytime soon..i like my hydro-carbons.
