Every 15 inch tire I've found has siping. Those damn slots pick up every rock they roll across. The high traction tires do the same thing. I wish someone would make a 15 inch tire with a simple block tread, a street compound (not too soft) and belts made out of Kevlar not steel (for ride quality). When cows fly!
