I think I used every gentle word except "white".. I pretty much covered all the bases...
And the gasket was in place and lubricated... I'm more likely to leave the pan plug than the gasket.. It's always one or the other.

I guess it needs a high burst pressure filter or at least that's what it came with... I'll send out for another Motorcraft just because I know it works... I will keep the Mobil and Wix on my list to check out...
