Rooster,

It's not quite that bad. I have a 4" opening in my tank and I had three blocks of foam in my tank. I ran most of the fuel out of my tank and drained the rest plus I wore some nitrite gloves. I changed mine after one year because I was affraid of getting the debris in my filter and pump. After I got the old ones out I just set them outside the garage for a few hours and they evaporated enough that I could put them in a plastic bag and take them down to the recycle center with my old oil.

The foam blocks are cheap enough and the procedure is one of the easiest things I have done concerning the Cobra.
