Default 427 top oiler

I am building another 427 and need advice on components,I am looking for the best street setup for the least dollar,{arent we all}
I have a 1964 030 block,a decent c5ae c lemans crank,new set of c6ae lemans rods,and also a VERY nice IU cj 428 crank.
My initial plan is using the 428 crank and hopefully the lemans rods,any input of value would be appreciated as well as who makes the stroker pistons for this set up.
lastly,would I benefit greatly to use longer rods ? My goal is making max hp at 6500 or less rpm,most likely with eldebrock heads,unless I can find a deal on a set of doves.thanks,,Tk
