bellhousing will fit. All 302 blocks are 6 bolt.
If you have a pre 5.0 HO engine (most likely) you'll need a 28oz flywheel instead of the 50.0 oz flywheel.
I'd get a flywheel that's the same as the mustang's except for the weight. (I'm not sure who sells them, I know ford motorsport sells the 50oz ones for $99) That way you can go with the cheap later style clutches.
I don't know how you'd setup the clutch tho. Hydraulic/cable/z-bar that depends on how you want to do it. If you go cable, go with the 87-93 style stuff.
