Cracker's car is hardly average. Your pictures do show a car that's had a bit of use, but that's okay--they were meant to be driven.
The interior looks to be in good shape; from the pictures it's hard to tell the condition of the paint and body work.
KCC is still in business, so you should be able to get any needed parts.
There is no shortage of Ford 5.0 engines, so if it breaks, you can find another easily, even from Portugal.
If it sounds, performs, rides and handles well by your standards, then the only question is whether the price is reasonable. All of these things need work sooner or later.
