saac identifies cars that have been destroyed or parted out, when known, with two asterisks , ie, **. they also indicate with a 'check mark' cars that have questionable histories or are suspect to be legitimate, for a variety of reasons. they then go into descriptive narratives as to why, however sometimes you have to read between the lines as their 'whys' can on occasion be guarded, i suppose for legal protection. bill.
