I agree with flipper35, they are heavy and probably par for the course, as far as most modern cars go!

AWD worked well in Aus with Gentleman Jim putting the 600-700hp Skylines to good use and made a lot of people take notice,

4WD or AWD isn't that brilliant for circuit use as there is a weight disadvantage and also soaks power up, a well set up 2WD car with less than some of huge horsepower these turbo rocket ships can still be comparable.

Whats the point in really comparing a 1200hp Skyline that does a 9 second quarter mile to a Cobra with 500hp that does two seconds slower, most of the races I do are with corners involved and generally speaking younger ricers in this country with huge horsepower haven't got the balls, ability or the handling setup to even be a threat in winding road country.

Having said that I reckon if your happy with your type of car thats all that matters!!!!!!!!!
