I believe in it's current form it is used in the Pontiac Grand Prix with a supercharger too. It seems a little long in the tooth but the guys in the shop say they are pretty much bullet proof. With Ford using a lot of overhead cam engines, GM seems to want to retain this powerplant as it works very well for them.
