I live on Long Island and my ERA should be ready around March. I am having a 427 SO built for the car. My question is. When I register the car, how does motor vehicle decide the year and VIN and if they go by the engine year, what do some of you do when you install new engines? Do you have to meet new emissions? What do you do in other states?
