Hi Stewart,
I'm building a Mk 1 G-Force too - the engineer is coming on Friday so I've been rapidly covering up the chrome bits (hope he doesn't read this thread !).
I'm running a stock 351W and run the following vaccum lines:-
Brake booster
Computer (Autronic)
Charcoal canister
Fuel rail regulator
Thats it ! pretty simple unlike most production cars which feed vaccum lines off in all directions.
