I do not see where you would have blown the head gasket. If you want to just to ease your mind take a compression test on this cylinder and the ones on both side's.

I had scorpin rockers on an 89 GT and had 2 of them that backed off... I would recheck all of them, the cost of 2 valve cover gaskets is allot cheaper than being on the throttle and shooting the rocker arm/pushrod through the valve cover.
